PARTICIPANTS The SWIOFP is a multinational project comprising different levels of membership and participation. The primary participants are nine member countries and some countries that participate at an observer level. Regional management organizations, fisheries authorities and scientific bodies also participate at the observer level.
Levels of participation vary according to each country’s different needs. The following matrix indicates the level of involvement planned for each country. Levels are H= High, L=Low, hatched= Component leader.
